Computer running slow? Not able to load a program? Screen not turning on? We will help identify what the problem is and recommend solutions. If we fix it then you only pay the price of the repair, if we can’t fix it then you only pay for the troubleshooting.
Repairs and Tune ups
$30 - $150
Cleaning up the computer to improve performance: $30 (does not include debloat or virus repairs)
Virus and OS repairs: $100
New device set up and debloat: $90
Data Backup or Transfer: $70 - $150 depending on amount of data
Data Recovery: $150 (note: not all data can be recovered from drives, damage and overwrites cause permanent loss)
Upgrades
$40+
Home wifi Setup: $200 from taking modem and router out of the box to getting all your devices on the network and everything in between. Additional fees apply if modem and router need to be purchased.
New Hardware installs: $40 Installing more RAM, new graphics, new hard drive, etc. Additional fees may apply if hardware needs to be purchased.
